Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - ICU in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain competency with current standards; contribute to team development; incorporate ethical and evidence-based practices; promote safety; supervise staff; ensure thorough documentation; adapt to varying situations; and perform related duties. Qualifications: At least one year of staff nurse experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, mastery of nursing skills, effective communication, current Illinois nursing license, AHA CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (within 3 months), with PALS and NRP potentially required. Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership, effective communication, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth. Work Environment: Full-time, 36 hours/week, night shifts, every other weekend, rotating holidays, no travel required.
