About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with individuals of all ages, along with their support networks and families!

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person outpatient therapy to children and adults, including telehealth.
  • Help individuals achieve their best selves in their homes and communities.
  • Work with clients of diverse diagnostic profiles and explore suitable treatment modalities (individual, couples, or family therapy).
  • Deliver trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services focused on client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop effective strategies for client support, engage in treatment, and attend case conferences and discharge meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to sit for clinical licensure required.
  • Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.
  • Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s cultural background.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participating in an on-call schedule.
  • Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
  • Able to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.

Schedule

This position’s schedule is flexible based on your availability and that of the client or family. This flexibility in a full-time role allows staff members to meet their personal needs while also serving the community effectively.
