About the role
Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students specializing in trauma-informed care. Services include 24-hour comprehensive care, a school on-site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. We offer training in cutting-edge treatment models like the ARC framework, SMART, and Neurofeedback Therapy, along with ongoing professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation. Clinical supervision is provided within a multidisciplinary team, and we assist with obtaining licensure if needed.
Responsibilities
- Convey passion for helping students with an energetic and positive approach.
- Develop skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments for students through individual, group, and family therapy.
- Create innovative and individualized treatment plans to support students in achieving their clinical and treatment goals.
- Manage a caseload of students to help them develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.
- Support students in developing a sense of self and preparing them for success in their next steps.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) or ability to sit for clinical licensure required.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license due to the requirement of transporting students.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.
