About the role
In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Become part of a residential treatment setting specializing in trauma-informed care
- Provide comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff
- Train in cutting-edge treatment models such as the ARC framework, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), and Neurofeedback Therapy
- Participate in ongoing monthly professional development through SMART and Family Therapy consultation
- Receive clinical supervision within a multidisciplinary team and assistance with obtaining licensure if needed
- Develop skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments for our students through individual, group, and family therapy
- Create innovative and individualized treatment plans to support students in achieving their clinical and treatment goals
- Manage a caseload of students to help them develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more
- Support students in developing a sense of self and providing them the skills to be successful in their next steps
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to sit for clinical licensure required
- Maintain a valid driver’s license due to the requirement of transporting students
- Pass background and driving record checks

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.
Schedule
Your day-to-day work will follow a schedule of 9AM - 5PM.
