Master's Level Clinician/Therapist

About the role

Rediscovery is a therapeutic-based group home focusing on independent living skill building for males aged 16-21. Youth here gain access to the community independently and utilize learned coping mechanisms with support from a comprehensive team including clinical and direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and bring an energetic, positive approach to helping youth.
• Develop and implement innovative, individualized treatment plans for students.
• Manage a caseload of youth to assist them in discovering competence and valuing themselves through activities like cooking, banking, and vocational training.
• Support students in developing a sense of self and equipping them with skills for success in their next steps.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or ability to sit for clinical licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license due to transporting students.
• Background and driving record checks will be conducted.
• Clinical supervision for licensure provided.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. JRI provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop skills in treatment and comprehensive assessments. Additional benefits include:
