Job Description Summary
Marketing Execution & Program Support
- Execute marketing programs aligned to GTM strategies.
- Support the development and launch of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Liaise with marketing department stakeholders to identify and implement the most appropriate content strategy and channel mix.
- Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of marketing assets, sales enablement collateral, and operational materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Coordinate initiative briefings across marketing teams (market intelligence, search & performance, content & lifecycle) to ensure alignment with GTM strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Digital, Operations, and Product teams to support coordinated go-to-market execution.
- Support sales enablement by coordinating marketing materials, tools, and field communications.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Stay current on marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and key indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify executional improvements to increase efficiency, speed-to-market, and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent work experience.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or field marketing. - Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Other Skills:
- Track record of collaborating across Sales, Branch Operations, Digital, and Product Development.
- Experience in B2B marketing environments preferred; Vertical or industry-focused marketing familiarity.
- Understanding of rental, logistics, or supply chain industry trends and market dynamics. - Personal Attributes:
- Solid organizational, communication, time management and proofing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable shifting between strategy and execution.
- Strong bias for action with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
- Self‑starter who takes ownership and brings energy and positivity to the team.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
- Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading, and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80
