Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote BioLegacy Research and PharmaLegacy’s services and brand presence.
- Create and maintain marketing materials including presentations, brochures, website content, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and external communications.
- Cook up content for company announcements, conferences, scientific capabilities, and corporate updates.
- Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital engagement tracking to improve visibility and lead generation.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics including website traffic, email engagement, and social media analytics.
- Aid in identifying and supporting new lead generation opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools, databases, industry news, financing updates, and pipeline intelligence platforms to research potential clients and market opportunities.
- Maintain lead sourcing trackers including lead source, relevance, ownership, and followup status.
- Partner with Business Development teams to prioritize and organize commercial opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars, networking events, and client visits.
- Coordinate event logistics including registrations, badges, booth materials, scheduling, shipping, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure marketing materials and promotional assets are prepared and delivered on schedule for events and client meetings.
- Support event lead capture, postevent followup coordination, and accurate lead handoff processes.
- Contribute to improving event SOPs, workflows, checklists, and organizational processes.
- Prepare client-facing presentations, meeting materials, and postevent communications.
- Work crossfunctionally with Business Development, Scientific, Operations, and Leadership teams to support companywide initiatives.
- Support general marketing operations, vendor coordination, and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or business support experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across international and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in scientific or technical marketing.
- Familiarity with preclinical research or drug development.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Basic graphic design or presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience coordinating industry events or webinars.
- Familiarity with AI tools or market intelligence platforms for commercial research and lead sourcing preferred.
