What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Affiliate with the planning and execution of community events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
- Develop compelling stories, interviews, and success highlights that bring our mission to life.
- Cook up marketing projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across programs and departments to promote services and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Constant Contact, or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for nonprofit work and making a positive impact in the community.
