Marketing Content and Event Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-impact content including case studies, industry-specific thought leadership, social media content, website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
• Translate technical services into clear, compelling marketing narratives and partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights.
• Support internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic direction and ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
• Plan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, manage all logistics, develop event messaging, and coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
• Track and report on event performance, including lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, develop tools and materials for lead generation and sales conversations, and position KR Wolfe’s divisions clearly within the market.
• Identify opportunities for co-marketing with strategic partners and support ongoing website updates, email marketing, and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
• Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media).
