Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact content including case studies, industry-specific thought leadership, social media content, website copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Translate technical services into clear, compelling marketing narratives and partner with operations and project teams to capture real-world insights.
- Support internal communications that reinforce KR Wolfe’s culture, growth, and strategic direction and ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
- Plan and execute KR Wolfe’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, manage all logistics, develop event messaging, and coordinate campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track and report on event performance, manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, develop tools and materials for lead generation, and position KR Wolfe’s divisions clearly within the market.
- Support ongoing website updates and optimization efforts, assist in executing email marketing and social campaigns, and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics.
- Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media).
