Job Summary
The Marketing & Communications Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role will lead campaign execution, digital marketing efforts, trade show participation, and performance analytics while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and annual operating plan (AOP)
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI
- Lead and manage trade show strategy, execution, and coordination with sales teams
- Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns including PR, digital advertising, and social media
- Manage marketing programs and advertising campaigns within established budget guidelines
- Optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Oversee company website content, updates, and overall user experience
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and marketing trends
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Lead SEO/SEM and PPC initiatives in partnership with external agencies
- Enhance online presence and drive targeted traffic to support business growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, product development, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Collaborate with R&D to support new product development and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop sales materials for foodservice and retail programs
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver integrated B2B and eCommerce marketing communications
- Monitor and report on marketing and advertising activities
- Generate regular performance reports, analyze results, and recommend strategic improvements
Qualifications
- BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent in experience
- 5 - 7+ years of marketing experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food & beverage, or manufacturing
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into market-facing value propositions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations in a production environment
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on environment
