The Marketing & Communications Manager serves as the primary communications lead for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon. This hands-on role is responsible for creating, writing, producing, and distributing organizational communications that engage donors, families, volunteers, partners, and the broader community. This position develops and executes communications and marketing strategies that increase awareness, strengthen engagement, support fundraising efforts, and elevate the impact of BGCCO. The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for managing all communication channels, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across the organization.
