Market Vice President - Mid-Atlantic
About the Role
Responsible for setting the sales strategy for a specific geography (“market”) for the commercial and service sales organizations. Drives overall financial accountability (full management of P&L) throughout the market to ensure all order targets are met.
Acts as a business leader to manage overall sales revenue, margin, cost targets, setting orders goals, financial growth goals, and meet or exceed business financial metrics including order fulfillment profitability, headcount, and T&E.
Leads and motivates a large, experienced sales and services team in the local market with effective resource deployment for selling all products across GE Healthcare’s vast portfolio. Develops a sales funnel and ensures forecast accuracy for market growth.
Establishes and fosters key customer relationships that significantly impact the organization, including C-level leadership, with a focus on empowerment and accountability.
Utilizes key industry information and market knowledge, both internal and external, to gain competitive advantage and make informed business decisions.
Leads a culture of integrity and boundaryless collaboration, providing ongoing direction, coaching, and career development for leaders and staff.
Ensures a safe working environment and builds a culture of compliance, adhering to all quality, compliance, and controllership rules around revenue recognition and applicable EHS policies.
Embraces and understands the activation of LEAN concepts within the organization.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 10+ years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior-level sales management and general management.
- Sales and service commercial leadership experience.

Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is $192,000.00–$288,000.00 annually. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case and may be influenced by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
