Responsible for setting the sales strategy for a specific geography (“market”) for the commercial and service sales organizations. Drives overall financial accountability (full management of P&L) throughout the market to ensure all order targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall sales revenue, margin, cost targets, setting orders goals, financial growth goals, and meet or exceed business financial metrics including order fulfillment profitability, headcount, and T&E.
- Lead and motivate large, experienced sales and services teams in the local market with effective resource deployment for selling all products across GE Healthcare’s portfolio.
- Develop a sales funnel and ensure forecast accuracy for market growth.
- Establish and foster key customer relationships, including C-level leadership, to drive business impact.
- Utilize key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage and make informed business decisions.
- Lead a culture of integrity, boundaryless collaboration, and positive leadership through direction, coaching, and career development.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with quality, controllership rules, revenue recognition, and applicable EHS policies.
- Embrace and implement LEAN concepts within the organization.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors including inclusivity, boldness, candor, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Prioritize safety, well-being, and customer-focused performance measurement.
- Manage multiple discipline teams (PM, APP, PS, Sales, Service) and negotiate complex, strategic agreements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 10+ years of successful sales/marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior-level sales management and general management.
- Sales and service commercial leadership experience.
Skills

- Strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge (e.g., market targeting, customer segmentation).

Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is $192,000.00–$288,000.00 annually. Compensation decisions depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
