About the role

Responsible for constructing metal screen frames using hand tools and pneumatic equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborates with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assemble screen frames per specifications, inspecting for quality and consistency.
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment effectively.
• Monitor and report production issues; resolve minor problems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
• Follow safety protocols, participate in safety training, and uphold 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other areas to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, repetitive tasks, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance, manual dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination.
