Assembler - Manufacturing

About the role

Assembler I responsible for assembling level and flow control products, following specifications, identifying nonconforming conditions, and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard work with support on complex tasks.
• Operate and inspect workstation output, tools, and equipment.
• Test and calibrate simple assemblies per specifications.
• Identify problems during work execution and seek assistance.
• Contribute to workflow efficiency by reducing waste.
• Perform duties with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 0-3 years assembly experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read/write English; basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
• Visual acuity including close, color, and depth perception.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and climbing.
