Assembler - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on products.
• Install accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Operate overhead cranes for part positioning.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools with precision.
• Measure accurately and drill/tap holes for components.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Lift and stack subassemblies (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).
• Crosstrain across multiple assembly areas.
• Follow instructions carefully and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and on-site presence.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or general labor is preferred.

Working Conditions

Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and temperature changes. Requires standing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 35 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, and the use of tools. Proper PPE is required, and visual/auditory acuity is necessary for safety and communication.
