About the role
Mechanical and electrical assembler performing bench processes to assemble, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and technical orders to determine assembly methods.
- Verify dimensions with precision instruments.
- Align and fit parts into units.
- Examine parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety regulations.
- Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work at different stations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months assembly experience.
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly and reading diagrams.
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize work.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Professional behavior.
- Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
