Assembler - Manufacturing

About the role

Mechanical and electrical assembler performing bench processes to assemble, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical orders to determine assembly methods.
• Verify dimensions with precision instruments.
• Align and fit parts into units.
• Examine parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety regulations.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work at different stations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months assembly experience.
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly and reading diagrams.
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize work.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Professional behavior.
• Ability to work on-site with occasional overtime.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
