About the role
This position involves assembling electrical control equipment as a Mechanical Assembler/Switchboard Technician.
Responsibilities
- Wire panels and fit and mount sub-assemblies
- Perform test preparations
- Inspect final products to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and power flow guidelines
- Use hand and power tools
- Contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- At least one year of assembly experience with tools or a technical school diploma
- Preferred: two or more years of low-voltage wiring experience
- Knowledge of wiring diagrams and schematics
- Physical ability to lift 35 lbs
- Overtime flexibility
