Position Purpose: We’re Growing – Come Grow With Us! We are excited to welcome a new Managing Veterinarian to our team at Pennell Veterinary Clinic ! As our practice continues to expand, we’re looking for a compassionate, collaborative veterinarian who’s ready to lead a supportive, well-equipped environment.

You’ll play a vital role in both the clinical and operational success of the practice. This is the perfect opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine and leading by example.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide medical and non-medical leadership within the hospital
- Manage and mentor associate veterinarians
- Ensure compliance with all veterinary medical policies and regulations
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement
- Drive medical excellence and advance standards of care
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational decisions
- Maintain patients’ medical records
- Maintain compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statues, policies, and procedures
Requirements/Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution
- Appropriate state licensure
- Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with staff and clients
- Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance

Pay Range
USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
