We are now seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to lead our dedicated team.

In addition, you’ll play a key leadership role by guiding medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and fostering a culture where both people and pets thrive. Job Duties

• Provide medical leadership and oversight of the veterinary team
• Develop and uphold medical protocols and best practices
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
• Mentor, coach, and inspire veterinarians and support staff
• Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence-based veterinary medicine
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Base salary: $130,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience
Additional production-based bonuses
