About the role

Become the MDVM at Lake Street Animal Hospital, a 4-doctor team AAHA-accredited facility in Roselle, IL.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a team of doctors and techs
• Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
• Foster meaningful relationships with pets and their families
• Lead by example in client communication and patient care

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited university
• Active Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care

Qualifications

• Prosal compensation with a base of $150k-$165K, based on experience, plus production bonuses
• $50K sign-on bonus + profit-sharing bonuses
