Requirements

• Experience as a Managing Veterinarian or equivalent leadership role
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for mentoring
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with hospital leadership teams

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• State licensure
• Experience in a multi-site veterinary practice setting
