• Manage Digital Workplace Team
• Lead Digital Workplace team daily support operations
• Identify & improve services that relate to user computing experience
• Management of SLAs & KPIs related to service & improvement
• Supporting and managing the following areas:
• Manage & improve the end-user device lifecycle (Windows and Apple) across corporate, retail, and distribution environments, including endpoint management platform (Intune)
• Manage Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and drive adoption of new digital workplace tools such as Copilot and other M365 applications
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning workflows for end users and their equipment
• Responsible for implementing standards, roadmap projects, & policies
• Vendor coordination for local MSPs and service providers
• Partner with the Security team on endpoint compliance, conditional access, and data protection controls affecting end-user devices
• Partner with Retail Delivery and Supply Chain Support teams to provide a world-class technology experience
