Manager, Digital & Technology

TriVista is hiring a Manager to lead client engagements within our Digital & Technology practice. We work with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on technology and business challenges that affect performance, growth, risk, and enterprise value. This role is for someone who can independently lead projects, work directly with client leadership, and guide small teams through assessments, analysis, and recommendations. Engagements may involve technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, ERP, systems architecture, cybersecurity and technology risk, IT operating effectiveness, and post-merger technology integration. You will work with stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, sales, and executive leadership to understand their environment, identify opportunities or risks, and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations. What you’ll doLead client engagements from scoping through analysis, recommendations, and final deliverablesAssess technology environments, business applications, systems architecture, processes, and IT operating modelsLead stakeholder discussions, data gathering, process mapping, and analysisDevelop recommendations related to technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and post-merger integrationManage project plans, budgets, deliverables, client communication, and engagement teamsPresent findings and recommendations to management teams, boards, and private equity stakeholdersMentor junior team members and contribute to proposals, tools, and practice development What we’re looking for8+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience leading technology projects or client engagementsBroad understanding of technology and business systems, with experience in areas such as enterprise applications, ERP, technology strategy, digital transformation, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, IT operating models, or post-merger integrationAbility to assess technology and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations for executive audiencesComfortable leading conversations with both business and IT stakeholdersStrong project leadership, analytical, written, and presentation skillsConsulting experience is helpful, though candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to applyAbility to travel up to 75% domestically and internationallyAuthorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis Pay Transparency Statement The salary range for this position reflects our good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay for the role at the time of posting. The actual pay offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions. For example, a candidate with the minimum required experience and qualifications may receive an offer near the lower end of the range, while a candidate with extensive experience and specialized expertise may receive an offer near the top of the range. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Base range between $145,000-$186,249 + bonus. Exact compensation may vary on skills, experience, and location.
