Manager, Digital & Technology

About the role

The role is for someone who can independently lead projects, work directly with client leadership, and guide small teams through assessments, analysis, and recommendations. Engagements may involve technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, ERP, systems architecture, cybersecurity and technology risk, IT operating effectiveness, and post-merger technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from scoping through analysis, recommendations, and final deliverables
• Audit technology environments, business applications, systems architecture, processes, and IT operating models
• Lead stakeholder discussions, data gathering, process mapping, and analysis
• Develop recommendations related to technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and post-merger integration
• Manage project plans, budgets, deliverables, client communication, and engagement teams
• Present findings and recommendations to management teams, boards, and private equity stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals, tools, and practice development

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, including significant experience leading technology projects or client engagements
• Broad understanding of technology and business systems, with experience in areas such as enterprise applications, ERP, technology strategy, digital transformation, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, IT operating models, or post-merger integration
• Ability to assess technology and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations for executive audiences
• Comfortable leading conversations with both business and IT stakeholders
• Strong project leadership, analytical, written, and presentation skills

Qualifications

• Consulting experience is helpful, though candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally

Pay

Base range between $145,000-$186,249 + bonus. Exact compensation may vary on skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

Up to 75% domestic and international travel required, with some remote work possible.
