About the role
Our Corporate Affairs team exists to build Match Group’s reputation and promote the category with users, investors, media, policymakers, and current/prospective employees. The Manager, Digital & Social Communications will own how we listen to, measure, and show up across social and digital channels, bringing analytics, and storytelling (video, corporate website, and blog) to our highest-priority campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own social listening and reputation monitoring (via social listening tools) across earned and social channels, tracking sentiment and coverage for flagship campaigns like the Anti-Loneliness Campaign, Human Connection Hub, and Healthy Dating Campaign, and flagging risks and opportunities to leadership
- Manage the corporate website and blog as the home for our storytelling, publishing campaign reports (e.g., our economics-of-dating report), narrative pieces, and executive thought leadership
- Own video and digital amplification plans for major campaigns and executive moments, extending the reach of earned coverage and events (e.g., Healthy Dating Campaign, regional forums, trust and safety campaigns)
- Support employer brand strategy across social and digital channels, partnering with HR/Talent to spotlight our people and culture. Monitor social and digital sentiment tied to Trust & Safety, policy, and executive reputation moments, providing early warning on emerging issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital/social media management, corporate communications, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics) and survey-based measurement
- Experience building or supporting employer brand strategy and content
- Experience managing a corporate website/CMS and blog content
- Experience with video production and digital amplification, from creative brief through final delivery
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations tied to OKRs
- Comfortable working across time zones and regional teams (US, Europe, International) to keep measurement and content consistent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
