Assistant Manager (05423) Full-time

About the role

We are seeking future managers to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position with the potential for overtime. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including leading your team, teaching new skills, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Lead by example
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Accountable for everything that happens within your store
• Manage operations, sales, and profits
• Help at other locations near your chosen location
• Work 5+ days per week, most weekends

Requirements

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the US
• Must reside near store location
