About the role
We are looking for a strong Senior Associate for our Consumer Practice in Chicago who can support multi-channel campaigns and help bring to life the best in-culture ideas for some of the most iconic (and sweet!) brands.
Responsibilities
- Support multi-channel campaigns
- Bring to life the best in-culture ideas for iconic brands
- Earned-First Storytelling: Connect the dots that others miss
- Thought leadership, product launches, earned-first creative campaigns
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; verbal and written
- Contribute to earned media campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in consumer, consumer-tech, travel, fashion and/or CPG PR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Strong experience with both large-scale and start-up business environments preferred
- The ability to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits
Salary range $59,000 USD - $65,000 USD. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
