About the role
You will:
- Welcome new clients with warm calls and in-home assessments focused on needs, preferences, and goals.
- Build relationships through regular home visits, check-ins, and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Partner with the Booker team to match the right care partner to each client.
- Lead introductions between clients and care partners so everyone starts off comfortably and connected.
- Capture what matters in our systems so the whole team can support an amazing client journey.
Responsibilities
You are:
- Experienced in home care, healthcare, or another people-centered field, ideally with some leadership background.
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple clients, visits, and priorities without losing the human touch.
- Tech-comfortable, organized, and energized by being out in the field.
