About the role
The Manager, Client Experience will lead the client experience initiatives within the Business Operations - Growth department. This role will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of client engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive client engagement strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement client-centric solutions
- Evaluate and optimize existing client engagement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client experience management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and other client relationship management tools
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
