Manager

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food and service, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew, ensure they get off to a good start, and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of these managers may vary depending on the department they lead, but generally include:

• Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams.
• Following up on performance and reporting results.
• Making sure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought.
