LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

About the role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities, utilizing theoretical knowledge for clinical decisions. This role involves floating between designated hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide nursing care in a variety of clinical settings.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: one year for Med/Surg and two years for specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS, PALS (depending on unit), and IV certification.

Physical demands

• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
