LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for a Regional Float Pool role across multiple healthcare facilities in the region. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, floating between various units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Neurology, Oncology, and more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current licensure and adhere to standards of practice
• Provide individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients
• Float between various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Neurology, and Oncology

Requirements

• At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience
• Physical ability to perform patient care activities
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification
• Preferred: Epic experience
