LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

About the Role

Provide individualized adult/geriatric patient care across multiple hospital facilities in the region. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Department, and more. The role involves floating between facilities, working primarily night shifts, and collaborating with varied healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Work across diverse units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency Department, and others.
• Float between multiple hospital facilities in the region.
• Collaborate with varied healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state with all required certifications.
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent bedside LPN experience, depending on specialty.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient handling tasks.
