LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

About the Role

Regional Float Pool LPN supporting multiple facilities across the East Region. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to develop clinical skills across diverse hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge to inform practice.
• Float between hospitals, providing care across diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.
• Provide quality nursing care in various hospital units, adapt to different patient needs, and collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent bedside LPN experience (minimum 1 year for Med/Surg; 2 years for other specialties).
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and maneuver patients up to 50 pounds.
