LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Join a dynamic nursing team as a Regional Float Pool Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), providing bedside care across multiple hospital facilities in the region. Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in various units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more.
• Floating between designated facilities, delivering high-quality patient care, and adapting to diverse clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure in the state.
• Minimum of one year recent bedside experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.
• Certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification required for certain specialties.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is preferred.
