LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Role Overview: The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in the Regional Float Pool provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards. Float between hospitals, working primarily night shifts, and cover various units including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited LPN program, current LPN license, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two for critical care). Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification required. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients.
