LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

About the Role

The Regional Float Pool LPN provides individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities, utilizing theoretical concepts for decision-making. This full-time position involves floating between hospitals in the East Region, primarily working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, and Specialty units.
• Float between at least three assigned facilities, adapting to diverse clinical environments and patient populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty areas like ED or ICU.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, IV certification as applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver patients up to 50 pounds.
