LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

This full-time role involves floating between designated facilities in the East Region, working primarily night shifts.

About the role

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple hospital facilities. Provides skilled nursing care in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.
• Provide skilled nursing care in various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and ED.
• Float between designated hospital facilities in the East Region.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and patient manipulation.
