LPN Private Duty
Estimated pay: $25 - $32 per hour. Sign-on bonus: $1,200 for day shift, up to $4,000 for night shift.
About the role
Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. A variety of patient acuities are available, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent patients. Day or night shifts are available with 8, 10, and 12-hour shift lengths.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
