About the role
Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Absess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
Pay
Salary: $35-$37 per hour
Schedule
Night Shifts, Weekdays or Weekends
