LPN - Part Time Overnight

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care in assisted living settings under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents, administer medications and treatments, document care and outcomes
• Recognize problems, respond to emergencies, and support residents' health, comfort, and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality
• Educate residents and families on care plans

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN, with current licensure in the practice state(s)
• Preferred experience in long-term, sub-acute, or medical/surgical care
• Additional training may be required based on specific roles

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, documentation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within full scope of nursing expertise and adapt to resident needs

Key Duties

• Provide resident-centered care, support interdisciplinary team efforts, and contribute to resident education and well-being
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure quality care delivery
