About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing professional nursing care in assisted living settings under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Support healthcare professionals
• Document care activities
• Respond to emergent situations
• Ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Counsel residents on prevention and treatment plans
• Contribute to developing self-care programs
• Provide technical support and maintain professional relationships to enhance resident care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as an LPN in the practice state
• Prior experience in long-term, sub-acute, or medical/surgical care preferred
• Ability to work within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhere to age‑specific standards
