LPN - Overnights | Part Time or Full Time

About the Role

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, primarily during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver prescribed nursing services.
• Monitor and interpret signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze health data.
• Document diagnoses and interventions.

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray.
• BLS certification.
• Prior nursing experience preferred.

Skills

• Patient assessment and care planning.
• Documentation and adherence to prescribed orders.
• Strong communication and observational skills for evaluating patient conditions.
