LPN - Overnight | Part Time or Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Deliver services according to prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Valid BLS card
• Recent TB or Chest X-Ray
• Preferred one year of nursing experience

Skills & attributes

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
