Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the medical service team
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Administer medications and provide patient education
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately
- Assist in the triage and management of patient complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in basic medical procedures and patient care
