Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical service team
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Administer medications and provide patient education
  • Document patient interactions and treatments accurately
  • Assist in the triage and management of patient complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in North Carolina
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable in basic medical procedures and patient care
