Responsibilities
- Lead a clinical team in providing comprehensive care to inmates
- Coordinate medical services and ensure timely follow-up with healthcare providers
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately in medical records
- Assist in managing medication schedules and ensuring compliance
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans
Requirements
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in a correctional facility setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience with electronic health record systems
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
