Lead with Purpose is an opportunity for an LPN to take ownership of a clinical team while directly impacting patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the medical service team
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Manage medication administration and inventory
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall jail health outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with patient care documentation systems
