Responsibilities
- Lead a clinical team in providing comprehensive patient care
- Coordinate care plans and ensure patient needs are met
- Document patient interactions and progress in medical records
- Oversee medication administration and patient medication management
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current North Carolina LPN license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience leading a clinical team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
