Responsibilities

  • Lead a clinical team in providing comprehensive patient care
  • Coordinate care plans and ensure patient needs are met
  • Document patient interactions and progress in medical records
  • Oversee medication administration and patient medication management
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current North Carolina LPN license
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a clinical team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
