Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the medical service team

- Administer medications and provide medical treatments as needed
- Document patient encounters and treatments in medical records
- Provide emotional support and guidance to inmates
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current LPN license in North Carolina
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience working with individuals in correctional facilities
- Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse issues
